Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any material from this website is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and/or criminal penalties.
We actively monitor and enforce our rights. Infringement may result in legal action, including claims for damages, injunctions, and recovery of legal costs.
Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of services offered by Warzone Coaching (“we”, “us”, “our”) through https://warzonecoaching.com (the “Site”). By purchasing, booking, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1) Services
Warzone Coaching provides coaching services and related access, which may include:
- 1-on-1 Coaching (2 hour sessions)
- Bootcamp Coaching (8 hours of sessions)
- Monthly Membership (up to 8 hours of group coaching sessions)
Services are delivered via Discord calls and screenshare unless otherwise agreed.
Session Preparation
Clients are responsible for being fully prepared at the start of each coaching session. Any time spent setting up during the session will be counted as part of the scheduled session time.
Refer to the FAQs for details on how to prepare.
2) Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Cancellations
Coaching sessions are booked through our scheduling process (including third-party scheduling tools).
Rescheduling / cancellation notice
You must provide at least 12 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a
scheduled coaching session.
If you reschedule or cancel with less than 12 hours’ notice, then 1
hour of the 2-hour session will be considered used.
Late arrivals
If you arrive late, the session may still end at the scheduled end time. Extending past the scheduled time is at our discretion.
No-shows
If you do not attend your scheduled session (a “no-show”), the full session is considered used.
3) Payments, Refunds, and Chargebacks
Payments are processed through third-party providers (such as Stripe and/or Calendly).
No refunds
All sales are final. No refunds are provided for coaching sessions or
membership, including for unused time, missed sessions, or change of
mind.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at
[email protected] before initiating a chargeback so we can try
to resolve the issue.
4) Membership (Monthly)
You may cancel your membership at any time.
If you cancel, the current month remains paid (i.e., you are responsible for the current billing period).
Group Membership Terms
When you purchase a Group Membership, your 30-day membership period will begin on the day of the next scheduled group session, not the day of purchase. Access to group sessions will be available for 30 days from that start date.
5) Group Coaching Session Exclusivity
Group Coaching Sessions are exclusive to active members. You may record sessions for your own personal use only. However, copying, sharing, publishing, uploading, or distributing session content—including audio, video, screenshots, or transcripts—to others or to any public platform is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from Warzone Coaching.
Unauthorized sharing or distribution of session content may result in termination of membership, removal from the Discord Community, and/or legal action.
6) Community Conduct (Discord)
With Discord Community access, you agree to all of the rules posted in the server.
We may remove or restrict your Discord Community access if, in our judgment, you committ serious offenses such as abuse toward other members. In such cases, access may be removed without refund.
7) Results and Disclaimer
Coaching is an educational and advisory service. Results are not guaranteed. We will do our best to help you hit your goals, based on our experience coaching hundreds of clients, but outcomes depend on many factors including your effort and circumstances.
8) Minors
Minors may use the services only with parent or legal guardian permission. By purchasing or booking, you represent that you meet this requirement.
9) Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services for payments, scheduling, communications, or platform access (for example Stripe, Calendly, Discord). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
9) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when changes were made. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
